Management Team

Joined WTG in July 2010 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to WTG, Kieron’s experience includes executive management roles at leading technology solutions and services providers, plus many funding, acquisitions and exits in the security and telecoms sectors. Most recently he oversaw the transformation and sale of Boldon James to QinetiQ in 2008 for £20m and he led the £4m Management Buy-In of Clearswift’s Specialist Products business in 2009, now renamed Deep-Secure Ltd. Kieron has overall responsibility for growing the WTG business, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of customers and strengthening WTG’s position as a market leading supplier across the Public Sector.

Tom joined WTG in February 2007 as Finance and Commercial Director. Prior to joining WTG, Tom had spent 15 years in the telecoms and technology sector in senior financial and commercial roles in both public and private companies. These have included senior roles at Cable & Wireless plc, Nomad Software Limited and O2 plc. Prior to his experience in industry, Tom qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.

Richard joined WTG in October 2010 as Sales Director and has overall responsibility for driving new business opportunities and continuing to develop strong relationships with existing key customers. Prior to WTG, Richard held senior sales management roles at a number of key technology security vendors, providing solutions to Government and specifically Defence customers across EMEA. Within these roles the emphasis was on formulating and implementing sales strategies for primarily New Business sales through Systems Integration partners into new geographical territories.

Tom joined WTG in 2009. He was appointed Director of Operations in September 2010 and has responsibility for the successful delivery of all of WTG's projects and managed services. Prior to joining WTG, Tom held senior operational and sales roles within a number of major ICT services companies delivering into the public sector. These included working on major procurements for the National ID Card Scheme and e-Borders as well as delivering multi million pound programmes of work into The Metropolitan Police Service and The Department of Communities and Local Government. In addition Tom managed the IT service into the country's leading distributor of lottery funds. Tom's exposure to major IT suppliers into Government has led him to work with Logica, Raytheon, Detica and Thales amongst others.
